Being in a rural county, it is often difficult (and expensive) to bring in quality PD activities.  With online training, knowledge was provided at the participants own pace.  The administrative piece allowed monitoring of the modules being viewed and the scores of the tests offered.  Also, teachers taking the Praxis for ESOL reviewed the courses as a refresher activity.

We have purchased many of the PDXpert professional learning series and have found them to be very effective. Our paraprofessionals especially enjoyed Meeting All Learner Needs: Tips and Tactics for Teaching Students with Disabilities and Differentiated Instruction:  A Firm Foundation for Learning and Instruction.  We also provided the paraprofessionals with a copy of the Master Teacher's The ParaEducators Guide to Instructional and Curricular Modifications. The paraprofessionals left the workshop asking for more. Thank you for providing a concise, user friendly resource that is both effective and enjoyable.
