I greatly appreciate the service and assistance provided by the customer service personnel.  Responses are prompt, on target, and delivered in a manner that is friendly, intuitive, and focused on providing a quality experience. I am comfortable asking questions, seeking additional information, or making requests, confident that our needs will be quickly understood and addressed.

-Vicki Waters, Assistant Special Education and Regional Services Network Director,
CESA 10 (WI)

“Because the Master Teacher Pd Program is built around four “pillars” of quality instruction, it allows teachers to control their learning, collaborate with colleagues and connect new knowledge to what they’re already doing in their classrooms. What more could a principal, staff developer or teacher ask for?”

-Suzette Lovely, Deputy Superintendent,
Capistrano Unified School District (CA)

“Not only does The ParaEducator Learning Network provide the most comprehensive training we have seen for paraprofessionals, it is a great value for schools and districts.”

-Dr. Luann Purcell, Executive Director,
Council of Administrators of Special Education

“Previous staff development was more of a one size fits all—and Inclusion PD Now! really offers the variety and depth of resources and training to meet both the quick and easy training/resource needs and the more in-depth coursework needs of all of my staff.”

-Dr. Erin Dugan, Assistant Superintendent
of General Administration,
Olathe School District (KS)

Being in a rural county, it is often difficult (and expensive) to bring in quality PD activities.  With online training, knowledge was provided at the participants own pace.  The administrative piece allowed monitoring of the modules being viewed and the scores of the tests offered.  Also, teachers taking the Praxis for ESOL reviewed the courses as a refresher activity.

-Dianna M. Zadeh, Director of ESOL, Equity, and Testing,
Warren County Schools (TN)
about

“I am the staff development coordinator for 1,500 paraprofessionals across 200 schools. I have 1,100 on ProVenance with learning plans.  It's great!”

-Isaac Wright, Staff Development Coordinator
Memphis City Schools (TN) about
The ParaEducator Learning Network

We have purchased many of the PDXpert professional learning series and have found them to be very effective. Our paraprofessionals especially enjoyed Meeting All Learner Needs: Tips and Tactics for Teaching Students with Disabilities and Differentiated Instruction:  A Firm Foundation for Learning and Instruction.  We also provided the paraprofessionals with a copy of the Master Teacher's The ParaEducators Guide to Instructional and Curricular Modifications. The paraprofessionals left the workshop asking for more. Thank you for providing a concise, user friendly resource that is both effective and enjoyable.

-Lawanda Gillis, Ed. D., N.B.C.T,
Director of Curriculum & Instruction/Title I Director (GA)

The MASTER TEACHER PD PROGRAM lays the foundation for our ongoing professional development efforts.  It provides the continuous supportive ingredients that tie all our other PD activities more closely together and ensures their success.  It is comprehensive, highly flexible, job-embedded, research based, teacher responsive staff development.”

-Jim Rickabaugh, Ph.D.,
Superintendent of the Year in Wisconsin & Minnesota

“We have found the Master Teacher paraprofessional online courses to be quite valuable not only in helping our teacher assistants earn ‘highly qualified’ status, but in expanding and enriching their knowledge of the field of education and their role therein.”

- Kim Schwabe, Supervising Teacher
 for the Deaf Department,
Montana School for the Deaf and Blind about
The ParaEducator Learning Network

“The best thing I have liked about these courses is that you can do them at your own pace and they are easy to understand.  They have helped me do a better job in my classroom and with the students and to be aware of other important needs that the students may have.”

-Lana Juden, Paraprofessional,
Montana School for the Deaf and Blind
about
The ParaEducator Learning Network

PDXpert has eliminated the need for me to research topics when developing and designing programs. Everything is provided in one package and I just need to review the product and take ownership of it so that I can deliver it effectively and efficiently.”

-Jo Ann Adams, Director of Professional Development,
Berkeley Institute (Bermuda)

ProVenance offers a system which enables me to easily access para records to keep track of their progress toward their required staff development.  I can also identify needs for individuals or the district as a whole and create local content that fills the need.”

-Kim Gillespie, Paraeducator Facilitator,
Olathe Public Schools (KS) about
The ParaEducator Learning Network

“The instructions for authoring are very clear and easy to follow.  Once I had the directions in front of me, I could easily follow through the instructions to author and publish my lesson.”

-Nancy Hughes, K-12 Math Facilitator,
Olathe Public Schools (KS) about
ProVenance Learning Solutions

“The programs are professionally done and are backed by research and best practice. The presentation format is very well lined out, and all of the resources are great.  I like the way the program was organized in implementation steps.”

- Robert Heimbaugh, Director of Special Education,
Sheridan County School District 01 (WY) about
The PDXpert Collection

“The paraprofessionals were pleased that we offered something that met the needs of their busy schedules. In some cases, they were able to work during their lunch break or grab a few minutes during the work day, but generally, they worked through the modules on their own time. They found this very convenient.”

-Teri Pettyjohn, Special Services Coordinator
Columbia County Schools (GA) about
The ParaEducator Learning Network

“The intervention sheets are a great resource for teachers as they provide an explanation of the hypothesized concern with the accompanying data sheets for efficient data collection.  It is easy for teachers to determine if interventions are effective!”

-Elaine Fasulo, Assistant Director of Special Services
Olathe Public Schools (KS) about
Inclusion PD Now!

“Prior to The ParaEducator Learning Network, it was difficult to schedule professional development opportunities that would relate to all paraprofessionals within our district. Because there are a number of professional development modules available through The ParaEducator Learning Network, we no longer experience these difficulties.”

- Becky Blais, Administrative Assistant to the Director of Curriculum and Staff Development,
Maine School Administrative District 15

“I enjoy the feature that allows me to make particular courses available/required, while others are not visible.  This allows me a better opportunity to track completion of assigned course work for our paraprofessionals.”

Bulloch County Schools (GA)
